Description

Featured in the 2007 Good Ale Guide, The Beer Engine offers a friendly atmosphere along with a great drinks selection and is a good place to see up and coming local bands (free entry).

With a large garden at the rear of the pub to host festivals in the summer months, there are also marquees set up for smokers (along with some outdoor heating in the winter).
Inside the pub, there is art exhibition space, where several local artists have already displayed their work.

Real Ales and a standard beer of Black Sheep Bitter, plus a large selection of liqueurs, shorts, mixers and fruit juices.

12:00 noon till late (depending on how busy the crowd is!)
